Uttarakhand Group C paper cancelled after paper questions go viral on social networking sites
Dehradun/Nainital: Group C paper (समूह-ग in hindi) which is organized by the Uttarakhand Technical Council had to be cancelled after it was found that answers to around 50 questions were leaked. The exam was cancelled hours after it was conducted today i.e, 26th July 2015. According to the Deepak Rawat, District Magistrate of Nainital, half an hour before the exam answers to 50 questions were viral on Facebook. Nainital District Magistrate sent his report to the government.
Uttarakhand Technical Education Council on July 26 conducted Group 66 exam of State Group C. As per reports the DM received a message regarding the paper leak on his Whatsapp. He also received answers to the questions on the popular instant messaging platform. The DM reached Guru Teg Bhadur School and matched the questions where it became clear that 50 of the questions sent on Whatapp were the same as that in the General Studies paper. DM Rawat immediately informed the officials regarding the matter. He also said that he had sent his report to the government.
