Uttarakhand gets state song 15 years after state formation

Dehradun: The wait for a state song is finally over for the people of Uttarakhand after a song sung by Narendra Singh Negi- a prominent name in the Uttarakhand music industry was dedicated to the people of the state at an event here in the state capital.

Hemant Bisht has provided the lyrics for the song which has been sung by Narendra Singh Negi. The song reflects the culture of Uttarakhand and also sheds light onto the popular pilgrim places in Uttarakhand.
