Uttarakhand corona update: 12 new cases found on Oct 5; less than 150 active cases remain

In Uttarakhand, 12 new corona infected have been found in the last 24 hours. At the same time, not a single patient has died. While 10 patients were sent home after recovery. The number of active cases has come down to less than 150. There are 149 active patients in the state.

According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department on October 5, the test report of 14628 samples has come negative on Tuesday. Not a single infected patient has been found in the six districts of Bageshwar, Chamoli, Nainital, Tehri, Udham Singh Nagar and Uttarkashi. At the same time, two infected patients have been found in Almora, one each in Champawat, Haridwar, Pauri, Pithoragarh and Rudraprayag and five in Dehradun.

So far, the total number of corona infected in the state has increased to 343596. Of these, 329946 people have been cured. A total of 7395 people have lost their lives due to corona in the state. The recovery rate of the state has been recorded as 96.03 percent and infection rate of 0.08 percent.
