Daily flights available to Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru

In a major boost to the air connectivity between Dehradun and other big cities of the country, low-cost carrier IndiGo has launched its flight services from Jolly Grant airport in Dehradun from March 1.

With this, IndiGo has become the fourth airline after Spicejet, Jet Airways and Air India to start daily flight services from Dehradun.

Initially, the airline has started with triple daily flights connecting Dehradun with Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
According to an RK Gupta, senior superintendent at Jolly Grant airport, “Before IndiGo started operations, the Dehradun airport was handling six daily flights of three carriers, which included three flights of Jet Airways, two of Spicejet and one of Air India. However, the numbers will go up now with the launch of three new daily flights.”
