India to host G-20 summit in 2022

The G20 Summit to be held in 2022 will be in India. Its announcement was made by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the closing ceremony of the two-day conference held in Argentina’s capital Buenos Aires. PM Modi thanked Italy for giving this to India after its hosting. At the same time, he invited the leaders of the G-20 group to come to India in 2022. Italy had to host the G20 conference in year 2022.

In 2022, 75 years of India’s independence is also being completed. The G20 is a group of 20 major economies of the world. After the announcement, the Prime Minister tweeted that, “In 2022 India completes 75 years since Independence. In that special year, India looks forward to welcoming the world to the G-20 Summit! Come to India, the world’s fastest growing large economy! Know India’s rich history and diversity, and experience the warm Indian hospitality.”
G-20 is a very important institution for economic and diplomatic issues. It is an organization of finance ministers and central bank governors of the world’s 20 major economies, including 19 countries and European Union, including India, America, France, Germany, Italy.

New Mantra with Japan and America

During the G-20 Summit PM Modi met the President of several countries including the US, Japan. After meeting with America and Japan, PM Modi also gave a new slogan. Modi gave a slogan to JAI (J A I – Japan, America, India). According to him, JAI means success. The opportunity was the first tripartite meeting of Japan-America and India. Prime Minister Modi has given this tripartite meeting as a devoted to the democratic values, and also said that if all the three countries go ahead, then JAI is a sure-shot.
