IAS officer who exposed NH-74 scam transferred by Trivendra Rawat government

There has been a major reshuffle again in the state’s bureaucracy. the IAS officer exposing the scam has transferred by the BJP government. Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari had written a letter to Chief Minister Trivandrum Singh Rawat and expressed his concern over the decision of the FIR and the CBI probe lodged in this case.

Sainthil Pandian, who exposed the NH-74 scam, has been replaced by Chandrashekhar Bhatt of Dehradun.
Chandrasekhar was presently working as Director General Information. Now his responsibility has been given to Dr. Pankaj Kumar Pandey.

The responsibility of the Secretary of the Department of Medical Education has also been withdrawn from Santhil Pandiyan. He has been made the in-charge of the Transport Department. Santhil’s transfer raises the question that why did the need arise to change the investigating officer even before the CBI probe started?
