Limited Officers to go to Gairsain for Assembly Winter Session 2017
Assembly Speaker Premchand Agarwal has asked all secretaries to bring along only three officials in addition to the secretary in the winter session at Gairsain. He said that it this would ensure appropriate arrangements for people to live. He has instructed to keep the health systems on alert in the wake of winter. Emergency dpartment has been asked to keep 108 services and helicopter service options on standby.
Assembly Speaker Premchand Agrawal held a meeting in connection with ensuring arrangements for the third session of the Assembly convened from December 7. During the session, he asked the generators and the heater to ensure the arrangement of the heater in the assembly house to ensure the smooth flow of work. They also got information about tanks for water supply.
It was informed in the meeting that 60 rooms for the ministers and MLAs are fully prepared in the Bharadisain. Arrangements have been made for officers, staff and media in Gairsain, Karnprayag, Adibadri, Gauchar and Kaleshwar. In the event of snowfall, snow cutter has been arranged for smooth traffic.
The Speaker has instructed to keep wifi and network arrangements during the session. He also instructed the proper arrangement of food for those attending the session. They were also instructed to repair the provision of temporary and mobile toilets.
