Youth sets self on fire outside railway station in New Delhi

A person used kerosene oil and set himself on fire the near Shakurpur Basti railway station in New Delhi . When the fire grew, he started shouting for help. But the GRP and the people who remained present on the spot remained unmoved. Some people kept recording video.
He was admitted to the hospital in a scorching condition, where he died during treatment. The identity of the deceased has not been identified. No suicide note has been found from him. The police is keeping the dead body for post mortem and identifying the deceased.

North Western District Police Deputy Commissioner Aslam Khan said that on Saturday evening at six, there was a report that a person has set himself on fire near the Shakurpur railway line. The police arrived at the spot admitted him to the hospital for treatment. His body had hundred percent burns. He died during treatment.

A saber has been found near the dead. It is believed that the deceased was a sikh. The police got a bottle and match box from the spot. The bottle was smelling of kerosene oil. Police officials said that Ranibagh police station is trying to identify the deceased in all the police stations of Delhi by giving information in this regard.
