Assembly session to be held in Uttarakhand before 25 September

The assembly session will be held before 25 September. However, it is yet to be decided whether the session will be held in Dehradun or Garsain. Given the Covid-19, there is a high chance of a session in Doon.

The state government held an assembly session in Garsain Bharadisain in March. The government also presented the budget in this session. This was the first time that the government presented the budget in non-Parliament and got it passed in Doon. The session was called on 25 March in Dehradun.

According to the Legislative Assembly, before 25 September, the government will have to hold a session. It is believed that the session is more likely to happen in Doon itself.

Where will the session be, at what time and for how long. It is for the government to decide. The assembly is fully prepared for this. According to the rules, the session should be done before 25 September.
