Uttarakhand Budget 2018 to be presented in Dehradun and Gairsain

The state government is going to organize the Uttarakhand budget session 2018 in two places, Dehradun and Gairsain. Under the proposed program on behalf of the government, the session will start with the Governor’s address on February 20 in Dehradun.

After the passage of the speech in the session that runs till February 23, it will be adjourned. After this, the Gairsain session will start from March 14 to March 28. It has been formulated by the government and has been sent to the assembly. After the approval of the Governor, the program of the budget session will be announced.

This will be the first time after state formation that the state budget session will be held in two places. The state government has started preparing to do it from Dehradun. It is believed that in view of the experience of the winter session in December, it has been decided to hold this session in two places.

Starting from February 20 in the Dehradun assembly, the session will start with the Governor’s address and it will be passed by 23rd February. After this, the state’s annual budget will be presented on 14th March in Vidhan Sabha Bhavan, in Gairsain.
