ND Tiwari’s health deteriorates; shifted to ICU

Former Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Narayan Dutt Tiwari health got worse on Monday. He had a fever. At the same time his blood pressure was also very low. He has been shifted to ICU of Max Hospital in Saket. When doctors examined him, his heart rate and ECG were uncontrolled. He is being treated by Dr Neurologist Dr JD Mukherjee and cardiologist Dr Sumit Sethi.

Doctors say that the next 48 to 72 hours are critical for the 92 year old. He was admitted to Max Hospital on September 20 last year. Then he was admitted after brainstroke. After long treatment, he was sent to the general ward. His health was again worsened on Monday, his son Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, who is in the hospital confirmed this.
