While some employees of the Joint Council of State employees are boycotting the work, the Uttaranchal Federation Ministral Association has kept itself separate from it. This has a mixed effect of job exclusion. Rajesh Srivastava, District President, Joint Council of State Employees, said that due to the promise of the government, the work is being boycotted on the call of the provincial leadership.
