Congress leaders on Sunday (April 29th) accusing the Narendra Modi government of “cheating the country” on Sunday (April 29) said that the country will get right direction only under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Congress’s voice in the Lok Sabha, said, “There will be a change and Rahul Gandhi will have to be made the prime minister.” He said, ‘Today there is chaos all over under the Modi Government. Women are insecure, farmers are upset, young people are upset. Petrol and diesel prices are skyrocketing. The public is overrun by inflation and the government is paying no heed. This government has betrayed the country. ‘

Former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat, claimed that there was resentment among the people of the country by the “faultlessness” of the Modi government. Rawat said, “In the tenure of this government there is resentment among the people of all sections. Farmers, young people, laborers, women and other sections are very angry with this government. Every year 20 million people were promised a job. Discard the new jobs, old jobs also went away. People will teach this government a lesson in the next election.”

The congress leaders said, ‘ In the leadership of Rahul, the country can be given the right direction. Sushmita Dev, president of All India Women’s Congress, said, “Women are the most vulnerable during this government’s tenure. Prior to the election, Modi had given a slogan “Bahot hua nari pe var abki baar modi sarkar“, but the Kathua and Unnao rape cases have shown that this government has done nothing for the women. The rally was attended by senior party leaders like Sonia Gandhi, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, senior Congress leaders Ghulam Nabi Azad, Janardan Dwivedi, Ahmed Patel, P Chidambaram, Ambika Soni and many other leaders.
