Afghanistan cricket team lands in Dehradun for T20 series against Bangladesh

Afghanistan’s team has reached Dehradun for the International Cricket Series against Bangladesh. The team was welcomed by cultural events as soon as reached Regenta hotel in Sahaspur. Earlier, 40 players, including team coach and manager from Jollygrant Airport, left for their hotel in police security in AC bus. All the players had landed at Jollygrant Airport from Jet Airways plane.

A series of three international T20 cricket matches with Bangladesh is proposed in the capital Dehradun from June 3. This led to the Afghanistan team’s arrival here. The accommodation arrangements for the team have been done in a hotel located in Sahaspur. The team was brought to the hotel by road in the midst of tight security. Preparations have also been made in the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium to host the match.
