Bollywood night, fashion show to be held on Tehri Lake

This time the Tehri Lake Festival is going to be something special for local people and tourists. Water and Adventure Sports, with Bollywood Night and Fashion Show, will entice tourists this time.

Tourism Minister, Satpal Maharaj informed this on Saturday. According to Maharaj, the festival, which runs from May 25 to 27, will be a complete endeavor to promote tourism this time. He said that this time a light and Sound Show, Laser show on the Water Screen will be held. He said that the tourists will also be given a tour of the villages to make tourists visit Uttarakhand’s rural culture. Camping and tents along the lake side will also have different experiences for indigenous and foreign tourists.

Tourism Secretary Dilip Jawalkar said that the Tehri festival will include cultural artists from different states. Also, renowned artists from across the country will present classical dance performances.
