Man caught at IGI airport trying to smuggle 100 iPhone X

A passenger has been arrested at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport). Custom officers deployed at the airport have taken him in their custody.
The passenger was waiting to travel with 100 apple iPhone X and all the iPhone have been recovered from him. The price of these iPhones is estimated to  be 85, 61, 169 rupees.It is known that recently an unclaimed bag was found in the Washroom of Indira Gandhi International Airport. Out of that bag, 9 gold biscuits came out.

The 53-year-old accused was intercepted by the customs after his arrival from Dubai on Friday.

“Hundred iPhone X handsets worth a total of Rs 85.61 lakh were seized from his baggage after a thorough search,” Additional Commissioner of customs at the airport, Amandeep Singh, said.
