72 hours on rescue operations continue for missing football players and coach in Thailand

Thailand officials continued the rescue operations for the football team and their coach on Tuesday. In a cave in northern Thailand, 12 teenage football players and their coaches are stranded. According to the media reports, on Saturday, players’ bicycles, shoes and other items were found near the entrance to Tham Luang Cave in Chiang Rai.

In a statement to the media, the rescue team’s spokesman Ruetwan Pattisen said that he believes the missing people are still alive. However, despite his discovery of 72 hours, their condition was not detected.

Kin wait outside the cave

The Thailand Army’s top level team is searching for players and coaches with the best of equipment. The 12 players in this team are between 11 and 16 years of age. All are members the youth football team and went to this cave with their 25-year coach.

Pattisen believes that the way to go inside this cave has been blocked due to the rain and they can not come out after the water is accumulated.
