People are troubled even after the claim

Although the police may claim that the highway will be open, but it is difficult to get to the streets of the city in the last two-three days of the Kanwar yatra. The highways are full of devotees. It is also difficult to cross the highway in the city. People have to work hard to move from one place to another in the city.
