RFVR treatment facility opens at AIIMS Rishikesh
The world’s first free Radio Frequency Vaginal Resolution (RFVR) treatment center has started at AIIMS Rishikesh. Dr. Navneet Mogha, the world’s second RFVR specialist and Head of the Department of Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynecology, AIIMS, is managing the treatment centre. RFVR treatment facility is being provided free of cost in AIIMS.
Professor Ravi Kant, Director, AIIMS said that on the occasion of Indian Independence Day, half of the population in the institute has been given complete freedom to get personal treatment through Radio Frequency Vaginal Resolution (RFVR) treatment absolutely free of cost.
He said that, Dr. Navneet Mogha, Head, Department of Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynecology, AIIMS is the second RFVR treatment specialist in the world after America. Dr Mogha became RFVR’s Master Trainer for Asia Continent in the year 2016. Professor Ravi Kant informed that during the five-day OPD of the Department of Reconstructive and Cosmetic Gynecology, six women have registered themselves for RFVR treatment.
Fees up to Rs.4 lakh are charged abroad
Dr. Navneet Mogha told that the cost of RFVR treatment in India is about 1.5 to two lakh rupees. At the same time, a fee of three and a half lakh to four lakh rupees is charged from patients abroad for treatment. But AIIMS is the first institute in the world where this facility is being provided absolutely free of cost.
Dr. Mogha told that in RFVR treatment, the vaginal passage of the female patient is tightened by modern methods like radio frequency without any surgery. At the same time, stress urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, lichen sclerosus and post-menopausal genitourinary syndrome are also treated.
