India defeat England in 4th test; secure place in World Test Championship final

In the last of the four Test matches, India defeated England by an innings and 25 runs to take the series to 3–1. With this, Team India became the second team to reach the final of the World Test Championship. India will now face New Zealand on 18 June in the final of the Test Championship.

In this match, the England team won the toss and decided to bat first. The visiting England team was once again seen struggling on the turning track of the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
