September 10 Bandh: Petrol pumps in Dehradun to remain closed from 10 AM to 1 PM

The police will remain vigilant considering the Congress agitation against rising fuel costs and other issues. At the same time, the petrol pumps in the city will be closed for for three hours. SSP Nivedita Kukrati has directed the police to take special vigilance in the markets.
During this time the city has been divided into four zones and 11 sectors. Due to the fear of any untoward incident during the movement, riot control vehicle and PAC will be deployed in many places.

The Congress has called for the closure of India on Monday, September 10. During this business activities will also be closed. Due to the agitation, the petrol pump across the city will be closed till noon. All India Petrol Pump Association’s Secretary Amarjit Singh Sethi said that on Monday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., petrol pumps will be kept closed.
After this, if any dispute or fierce movement is created then further decision will be taken. Umesh Agarwal, of Dev Bhoomi Trade Organization, says that he is not supporting Bandh. If a trader keeps the establishments close from will, then it will not be opposed.

In view of this movement, SSP Nivedita Kukarati has also instructed the police to remain alert. On Monday, heavy police forces will be deployed at sensitive and susceptible places. Apart from Cheetah Mobile, two-two soldiers will patrol every time.

SSP said that Dehradun city has been divided into four zones and 11 sectors on Monday. Four COs, 11 SO, 65 Sub Inspectors, 16 Women Sub Inspectors, Six Head Constables, 200 Constable, 60 Women Constables will be deployed throughout the city.
