Rajkumar Rao- Shraddha Kapoor strarrer ‘Stree’ receives good response on opening day

Rajkumar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer film ‘Stree’ seems to be a hit at the box office. On Saturday, the film’s earnings have seen an increase of 50% compared to Friday. On the opening day, the film had a collection of Rs 6.82 crore. At the same time, according to box office India figures, the movie got 9.50 crore rupees on Saturday. In two days, the film has managed to do business of 16.32 crore rupees. The budget of ‘Stree’ is being declared as 20 crores. The film is expected to make 25 crores on its first weekend. ‘Stree’ will also benefit from the Krishna Janmashtami (Janmashtami 2018) holiday on Monday.

‘Stree’ has got the perfect cocktail view of horror and comedy. Generally, this genre has disappointed the audience, but director Amar Kaushik has proved that he can serve the audience by putting the horror and comedy in perfect way. Shraddha & Rajkumar have received positive response from the audience for their roles.
