Teachers Day celebrated at The Doon Little World
(Press Release) Dehradun: The Doon Little World- a playschool located in Dehradun organized a function to celebrate Teacher’s Day on 5th September in the school’s premises at Canal Road. The young students of the school showcased their talents through numerous cultural programs which were enjoyed by the guests and teachers present on the occasion. The theme of the acts presented by the students was on environment conservation. Sharad and Mrs Bharti Dubey were anchoring the event while teachers Sushma and Pooja helped the students on stage.
At the end of the presentations of the students teacher Barkha Kholia told the students the importance of a strong relation between teacher and student. The event was concluded with a speech by Mrs Rashmi Dubey, director of The Doon Little World saying,”The motive of our school is to develop a strong education system at the grassroot level so that the tiny tots are prepared for the school life in a systematic manner. The school’s curriculum has been designed keeping this fact in mind and is oriented on learning through games and activities as the child’s mind is responsive to such activities. It is also one of the primary reasons why parents are taking out their children from reputed playschools and enrolling them in The Doon Little World”.
