Toyota Innova models get an upgrade; prices hiked

Toyota has updated its best selling products Innova Crysta, Innova Crysta Touring Sport and Fortuner for the Indian market. The company has updated these cars with new features. These cars have been updated in both safety and technology.

These three products will now have Anti-Theft Alarms and Ultrasonic sensors with standard Emergency Brake Signals, Rear Fog Lamps, Front LED Fog Lamps and Glass Brakes. Apart from this, features such as Touchscreen Infotainment System, Steering-mounted Controls, Audio Controls, Power-Folding ORVMs, Padle Lamps and Speed ​​and Impact-Sensitive Door Lock / Unlock are provided in the Toyota Innova Crysta and Innova Crysta Touring Sport.

In the same way Toyota Fortuner SUVs have also been given different equipments. These additional features include passenger-side-powered seat, anti-theft alarm with ultrasionic sensor, emergency brake signal, rear fog lamps and electromechanical inner rear-view mirror.

Apart from these new features, there has been no change in the three cars. However Toyota has increased prices of these cars. These increases have been made for two reasons. First the upgraded new features and scond Mandatory third-party insurance plan for three years for all other passenger cars with effect from September 1.

The price of Toyota Innova Crysta’s base variant has now reached Rs 14.65 lakhs. Which was Rs 14.35 lakh earlier. At the same time, the price of top variants has now reached Rs 22.06 lakh. Similarly, the base variants of the Toyota Innova Crysta Touring Sport have started at an initial price of Rs 18.59 lakh. Which was earlier Rs 18.15 lakhs. Now its top variant has been priced at Rs 23.06 lakh.
