Traffic to be disrupted on Delhi-Gurugram Expressway on March 23; advisory issued

If you live in Delhi-NCR, then this might be helpful news for you. Traffic on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway may be disrupted for about 10 hours tomorrow. The Gurugram Traffic Police issued a release on Monday, according to which traffic on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway may remain affected for 10 hours on Wednesday. According to the traffic police, this traffic will be affected due to the proposed march from Kherki Daulla Toll Plaza to Hero Honda Chowk. This march will be done for creation of an ‘Ahir Regiment’ in the Indian Army.

According to the information given by the traffic police, traffic will remain closed on Wednesday from 7 am to 5 pm. The traffic police is trying to ensure that there is no obstruction in the traffic during this period. For this, arrangements are being made for diversion. Many routes have been diverted. The traffic police has made a proper plan for this and has shared it on the social site so that people are aware of this in advance. With this, people will not face any problem while traveling on National Highway 48 (NH-48).

According to the release issued by the traffic police, the traffic routes will be like this:

-Traffic from Jaipur to Delhi will be diverted from South Peripheral Road before Kherki Daulla Toll Plaza. People will be able to reach their destination via Sohna Road.
-People traveling from Delhi to Jaipur have been advised to use alternate routes. They can use the Sohna road passing through the golf course, which will make it easier for them to reach their destination.
-All vehicles will be diverted from Hero Honda Chowk to Subhash Chowk and Pataudi Road during the march.
-The entry of heavy goods carriers will be kept closed during this entire march.
-All heavy goods carriers have been advised to use Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway from Panchgaon if they are going from Delhi to Faridabad.
