Uttarakhand corona update: 37 deaths recorded in last 24 hours

The second wave of corona in Uttarakhand is becoming uncontrollable. For the first time in the Covid period so far, 37 patients have died in a day in the state. At the same time, 2757 people have been infected in 24 hours. In Dehradun district alone, 1179 people have been found infected, while the total number of infected people in the state has reached 121403.

According to the Health Department, on Saturday, the report of 49544 samples came negative. While 2757 people have been found corona infected in 13 districts. 1179 in Dehradun district, 617 in Haridwar, 265 in Udham Singh Nagar, Nainital in 248, 155 in Pauri, 79 in Rudraprayag, 51 in Almora, 50 in Tehri, 44 in Champawat, 28 in Chamoli, 15 in Bageshwar, while 14 infected were from Uttarkashi district.

In the last 24 hours in the state, 37 Corona patients have died, this is the largest figure so far. So far 1856 patients have died in the state. At the same time, 802 patients have been sent to the treatment home on Saturday. Including these, 101659 patients have become healthy. Active cases are increasing at a faster rate with fewer patients recovering than the infected. Currently there are 15386 active patients, who are undergoing treatment.
