UPTET 2018 exam date changed from 4th to 18th November

Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Department has changed the date of the TET examination 2018 which was to be held on November 4. The Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) 2018 will now be on November 18. After a meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Chief Secretary Anup Chandra Pandey and Additional Principal Secretary of the Department of Basic Education, Dr. Prabhat Kumar told reporters that the Chief Minister wants to start the teacher recruitment process very soon. At the same time, he also gave information about increasing the eligibility criteria for the examination.

He told that the date of UPTET 2018 has been extended. It has been changed from 4th November to 18th November. This decision has been taken due to the disturbances in the website made for TET applications. On the 1st and 3rd November, the BTC Fourth semester examination will be re-organized.

Due to the paper leak, this examination was canceled. The results of both examinations will be declared by December 10.
