World’s biggest airport inaugurated in Istanbul

The world’s biggest airport has been completed in Istanbul, Turkey. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan inaugurated the airport on October 29. With this, according to the government there, it became the world’s largest airport. From here, 9 crore people are expected to travel in the year. The airport is spread over 19 thousand acres. From this airport, 250 airlines will fly over 350 destinations. However part of this airport is yet to be completed. After completion of the airport work, there will be six runways and two terminals.

Beautiful interior and hitech technology at the World’s biggest airport

The interior of the airport is very beautiful. Turkey and Islamic design have been used here. This airport has been made quite a hightech in a number of considerations. Customers will be provided with the help of mobile applications and Artificial Intelligence.

Will be inaugurated at the end of December

About 35 thousand employees were involved in this project. There were 3,000 engineers and administrative staff involved. According to General Kadri, director general of Istanbul Grand Airport, its official opening has been done on October 29, but its grand opening will be held by the end of the December.
