Dear children, I want to tell you something about Hindi on today’s auspicious day. Hindi is our official language and the script is Devanagari. Hindi is also called the descendant of Sanskrit language. Today, the first Prime Minister of our country, Jawaharlal Nehru, declared Hindi as the official language. And had decided to celebrate it as Hindi Day.

Today, many compositions have been written as the literary language of Hindi, which is famous not only in India but all over the world.

Dear children, the way their language is respected in Japan, Russia and China and this is the reason that these countries are flourishing today. Therefore, I also want that our Hindi language should be respected. As many of our great writers have been able to demonstrate, they remain as much as possible. And I hope rather confident that you will definitely support us in this. I myself am a part of Hindi Utthan program, so I request all of you to cooperate with me in maintaining the honor of the Hindi language.
