3 students of IIT BHU offered salary package of over Rs 1 crore
In the campus placements running at IIT BHU, three students got Dream job offer on Wednesday. Under the US Redmond Offer, multinational companies offered a package of Rs 1.52 crore to three students. The campus placement of the students has made a new record. Within five days, not only four students get four offers of crores package abroad, but in this placement fair, 144 companies gave jobs to 678 students in five days. First phase interview will run in IIT’s Aryabhata hostel till 20th December.
On Tuesday, a US company offered three the institute’s three students for Rs 1.52 crore (2.14 million US dollars). Earlier, a company in the US offered a student Rs 1.04 crore. The experts considered this year’s campus placement very good. The companies have made 100% selection from the four departments of the institute. In which 63 students of B.Tech of Computer Science and 16 of IDD, 83 of BTech IV year of Electrical Engineering and 83 of IDD and 18 in BETech IV year of Electronics Engineering and 18 students of Mathematical Sciences Department were selected. At the same time, 11 companies gave 43 job offers in two phases on Tuesday. It includes a maximum of 12 lakh 50 thousand and minimum 7 lakh 25 thousand rupees annually. On Tuesday, 11 companies took interviews in two phases, including Optimum (SDE), Extra Communications, Tata Communications, Tata Steel, HCL, ZS Associates, Novartis, Reliance Jio, City Pune, Synopsis, Elastic Run, IBP and Smart Cube were involved.
