Class XII results of CBSE declared

CBSE 12th class Result 2018 has been declared. A total of 83.01 percent of the students have passed. Meghana Shrivastav of Ghaziabad has topped the exams. Meghna has secured 499 out of 500 marks. Even this year, girls have registered their names in the first and second positions while retaining their dominance. The two girls of Ghaziabad Meghna Shrivastav (99.8%) and Anushka Chandra (99.6%) have secured first and second positions respectively.

The results can be seen on the board’s website at cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in. This year more than 11 lakh students had passed the 12th examination. Like the previous years this year too the girls have outshone the boys.
If seen in over all results, this time, 9.32 percent of girls are ahead of boys. Anushka from Ghaziabad is a student of Chandra SAG School Sector 14C.
– Topper Meghna Srivastava is a student of the school step-by-step Ghaziabad Sector 132.
– There are seven students on 3rd rank. All of them scored 497-497 marks.

– 72599 Candidates have scored 90 percent or above marks.
– 12,737 students have marks of 95 percent or above.

CBSE has been solving problems related to psychological and test results of students and parents through helpline for 21 years. Rama Sharma, Senior Public Relations Officer of the Board, said that parents will not only be able to ask their questions regarding the results of the 10th and 12th exams, but also if there is a psychological problem, they will also be able to solve it. This free counseling by CBSE is given by trained counselors. Principals of country-abroad schools affiliated with CBSE are available on helpline as counselors.
