Congress applies Punjab formula in Uttarakhand ahead of assembly elections

At the same time, the post of Congress State President was handed over to Ganesh Godyal. The current state president Pritam Singh has been elected as the leader of the legislature party.

In Uttarakhand too, there was internal strife like Punjab. To overcome this, Congress tried the Punjab formula here too. Under this, four working presidents have also been made in Uttarakhand. This responsibility has been entrusted to Professor Jeet Ram, Bhuvan Kapri, Tilak Raj Behad and Ranjit Rawat.
