Opinions on Uttarakhand Budget 2020

The budget session happening in Bhararisain is historic. The government’s general budget has emerged as development. The development of every section along with youth, women, farmers and employees is included in the budget. Through this, the schemes launched in the last three years have been given more momentum. Also, in the coming two years, there is a special arrangement in the budget to put new schemes on the ground.
-Madan Kaushik, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs

No budget of the state government has been effective so far. The financial position of the government is also not good. The government is repaying its old debt by borrowing. There is nothing special in the budget.
