Hackers take down website of Uttarakhand tourism department
The website of the tourism department of Uttarakhand government was hacked. The hackers claimed that they are from Indonesia and they have hacked this website to avenge the CAA riots in Delhi.
Hackers have also warned the Indian government. Hackers wrote in the website Synopsis, ‘This website has been hacked by One Hat Cyber Team to teach a lesson to the Government of India. There was a lot of atrocities on Muslims in Delhi, in which many Muslims were injured. When our brothers have been harmed, we will not sit silent. ‘ Hackers further wrote that we warn you, please stop this.
Riots started in Delhi from 9 am on February 24. What started with stone was gradually turned into sabotage and arson. Shortly thereafter, firing started with indigenous weapons between the two groups. Ranging from petrol bombs to acids was used in these riots. More than 45 people were killed in the riots. The people of both communities were among those who died. The department has since taken down the website.
