Gmail goes down for users worldwide for around 15 minutes

Google’s Gmail is working again after nearly 15 minutes of stalling all over the world. At around 5 pm IST Gmail was down, after which people were unable to login to their Gmail account, although this problem was only on the desktop version. Those people who had already logged in were not having any problems, but the 404 error was showing to users who were signing into their Gmail account through the website on their PC or laptop. The error was rectified in around 15 minutes.
