Mahindra launches 8 seater variant of Marazzo in India
Mahindra has introduced the 8-seater version of its top-spec Marazzo M8 in the Indian market. The 8-seat top-spec Mahindra Marazzo M8 variant has been priced at Rs 13.98 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The M8 variant of Marazzo was only present in the first 7-seater configuration.
Top-spec M8 variants come with many features and lots of equipment. Talking about some of the features of Mahindra Marazzo M8, the 7.0-inch touchscreen entertainment system with LED DRL, 17-inch alloy wheels, reverse parking sensor / camera, Android auto and Apple car-play, electric adjustable ORVMs, cruise control, leather Seats and automatic climate control are available.
Speaking mechanically, the Mahindra Marazzo M8 8-seater will come along with 1.5-liter diesel engine. These engines generate the power of 121bhp and the torque of 320Nm. This engine offers a 6-speed manual gearbox. Later an AMT transmission will also be available. Mahindra is also working on petrol engine options for Marazzo, which can be offered around 2020.
Marazzo MPV is the first Make-In-India MPV to be given a 4-star rating in the Global NCAP crash test result. Marazzo MPV was launched in the Indian market in the month of September last year at an initial price of 9.99 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).
Currently Mahindra is preparing to launch its new compact SUV XUV300. XUV300 will be launched in India on February 15th. After coming into the market, it will give competition to Maruti Vitara Brezza. Booking for Mahindra XUV 300 has been started. Customers can make a booking by giving a token amount of Rs 20,000.
