Uttarakhand budget session from Feb 11 2019
The budget sessionn 2019 of the assembly will be held from February 11. Governor Baby Rani Maurya has announced to call on the first session of the year 2019 on Friday. The Secretary Assembly has issued notices to organize the session.
Last week, in the meeting of the state cabinet, the decision was taken for conducting the session from February 11 to 22. Now after the approval of the state cabinet, the governor has also approved the summon.
After his announcement, Secretary Vidhan Sabha Jagdish Chandra issued notification for the session on Friday. According to official sources, the budget session of the assembly is going to be premature in the wake of the Lok Sabha elections. It is believed that the Code of Conduct for Lok Sabha elections will be implemented in the last week of February.
