All schools in Udham Singh Nagar district to remain closed on 14th February

Practical exams to be held as schedule

For the rally of Narendra Modi on February 14, the education department has issued the order to close schools in Udham Singh Nagar district. The reason for this is the traffic arrangement. However, in the schools where the practical examinations are to be held, the examinations will be conducted as scheduled.

Due to the rally to be held in Rudrapur, people are not embracing the decision of holidays in all the schools of the district. In Rudrapur, on Thursday, the BJP organization and the party workers have left no stone unturned for a grand success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s huge rally. Here, the education department has decided to keep all the schools in the district closed due to the rally.

Chief Education Officer Ashok Kumar Singh has issued instructions to all the departments and sub-educational officers in this regard. He said that on 14th February, the holiday have been declared in all the state’s government, non-governmental, CBSE, ICSE and unaided schools.

He said that this decision has been taken to prevent any untoward incident in the event of the impact of the traffic system across the district on the day of Prime Minister’s mega rally. He said that the examination in the schools where the practical examination is declared will be conducted as scheduled.
