Uttarakhand Winter Assembly session 2019 to begin from tomorrow
The winter session of the Uttarakhand assembly is going to start from Wednesday. The period for the session has been fixed till December 10. In the session, 10 Bills, including the Chardham Shrine Board, will be introduced. The legislators have put 833 questions for the session. On the other hand, while the opposition is determined to surround the government on all issues during the session, the government has also decided to give a response to the opposition. At the meetings of BJP and Congress Legislature parties, their respective strategies were finalized.
In view of the session, on Tuesday, the meetings of party leaders and the Working Committee were held under the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Premchand Aggarwal. In the party meeting, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Madan Kaushik said that there will be a collaborative discussion in the House on issues of public interest. Leader of Opposition Dr. Indira Hridayesh said that the Opposition will give full support on the issues of state interest to be kept in the House. In the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee, it was decided that during the session till December 10, several important bills will be introduced along with legislative work, discussion and passing on the supplementary demands.
