210 new Corona cases found in Uttarakhand on July 21
The graph of corona infection is increasing rapidly in Uttarakhand. On Tuesday, 210 corona infected cases have been reported in the state. With this, the number of infected patients has now reached 4849. Today 85 patients have recovered and returned home. But there are still 1459 active cases in the state.
According to the Health Bulletin issued by the Department of Health, today Dehradun has the highest number of 65 (22 private lab) cases. At the same time, 52 (07 private lab) in Haridwar, 15 in Nainital, 34 in Udham Singh Nagar, 16 in Uttarkashi, five in Almora, two in Champawat and 21 (11 private lab) in Tehri have been found positive.
So far, 55 corona-infected patients have died in the state. While 3297 infected patients have recovered and returned home. At the same time, the recovery rate of corona patients in the state is 67.99 percent and the doubling rate is 20.21 days.
Results of over 11000 samples awaited
As the testing capacity has been ramped up in the state so has the backlogs of pending results. Today 3875 samples were sent for testing, while results of 11077 samples is awaited. Each district has a minimum of 200 sample results pending with Udham Singh Nagar having the highest sample backlog of 2601.
