ICICI bank launches instant loan offer schemes
Private sector ICICI Bank has introduced two instant home loan products. In this, home loans up to Rs 1 crore will be given immediately. It was stated in the statement from the bank that in the Accelerated Home Loan facility, the customers will get ‘top up’ loan facility fully with digital home loan with new home loan.
Home loan for 30 years of tenure
The bank said that under the instant home loan, salaried consumers will get the home loan of Rs. 1 crore for a 30 year period (based on customer’s age) through internet banking facility. Under the ‘Insta Top Up Loan’, the existing home loan customers of the bank will get the facility to increase their debt to Rs 20 lakh for a period of 10 years immediately. This loan will be given to them without any paperwork.
The loan amount will be credited in the account immediately
The Bank said that under this facility, the amount of top up loan in customers’ accounts will be put forth immediately. Generally it takes a few days to sanction such loans and transfer the amount into accounts.
Earlier, ICICI Bank started Savings Account with the name ‘The One’, in which 2 accounts Magnum and Titanium can be opened. In these accounts, the account holders can withdraw unlimited cash from other bank ATMs. They will get locker facility with a discount. Facilities like internet banking and mobile banking will be free. The ‘The One’ account holder will also receive Amazon Gift Card. Titanium account holder will be given the facility of Zomato Gold Card.
