Black Buck shooting case: Salman found guilty; Saif, Tabbu, Sonali and Neelam acquitted

Film actor Salman Khan has been convicted in the black buck hunting case. With this, all other accused – actor Saif Ali Khan, actress Neelam, Sonali, Tabbu and Dushyant Singh – have been acquitted. On March 28, the case was heard in the court of CJM Devkumar Khatri. After this the judge had reserved his decision.

On Wednesday, film actor Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, actress Neelam, Sonali and Tabu reached Jodhpur from Mumbai to hear the case. Salman was staying at Taj Palace Hotel in Jodhpur.

In September-October 1998, with the film Hum Saath Saath, four cases were registered against Salman Khan during the shooting. The first case is Bhavad village case. On the night of September 27, 1998, Salman was accused of hunting a deer. CJM Court pronounced Salman a sentence of 1 year on February 17, 2006.

The High Court acquitted Salman in this case. The state government has gone to the Supreme Court against the verdict. The second case, on the night of September 28, 1998 in a farmhouse, he was accused of killing two deers. CJM Court convicted Salman on April 10, 2006 and sentenced him to 5 years. But Salman was again acquitted from the High Court.

In this case also the state government has appealed to the Supreme Court. Not only that, Salman has already been acquitted in the third case ie Arms Act. There was allegation that on September 22, 1998, the police recovered a revolver and rifle from Salman Khan’s room. In the fourth and last black buck case Jodhpur court has convicted him.
