Uttarakhand weather update: Red alert for 4 districts on 16 July

There is a possibility of heavy rains in four districts of Uttarakhand on Sunday. The department has issued a red alert for heavy rains for Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri and Haridwar districts. Whereas, Orange alert of rain has been issued for other districts.

Director of the Meteorological Center Bikram Singh said that on July 17, a red alert for heavy rain has been issued for Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Haridwar, Champawat, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar districts. At the same time, on July 18, there is an orange alert across the state. Whereas, for July 19, there is a yellow alert for rain in all the districts.
