Uttarakhand goes to poll on April 11

In the country’s biggest election, voting for the first phase will be held on Thursday. On Thursday, for five Lok Sabha seats in Uttarakhand, the voting will be held. Chief Electoral Officer Saujanya said that on April 11, the voting will be held from 07:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the evening. For this, preparations have been completed on all polling booths.

On the day of polling, the mock polls will be cast on every booth from 6:00 to 7:00. In which 50 votes will be cast. Candidates and their polling agents will also be present during this period. Voting will begin after all votes of the mock poll are canceled. The sensitive and highly sensitive polling booth will be recorded with live telecast and CCTV camera. The CRPF and the State Police personnel will also be deployed.
