This is the case

Teacher Harpal Singh, who was employed in Junior High School, Bahadrabad retired in 2015. Singh was charged that his documents were not correct. On the non-payment of financial payments from the level of education department, Singh took refuge in the High Court. The High Court gave the verdict in the favor of Singh. In the year 2017, the then Additional Chief Secretary ordered the Education Department to pay Harpal’s pending payments. Director RK Kunwar also asked the officials of Haridwar to pay. But the sub-education officer did not pay.

Neglecting of the order of the High Court and the Government, despite the non-payment of the retired teacher’s payments, the sub-education officer was given many opportunities. According to sources, he was given time till evening for action. But on not taking action, the Education Secretary signed the order for suspension.
