Due to the Code of Conduct for Lok Sabha elections, its inauguration was halted for one and a half months.

Danger at the junction of Y-Shape

Wherever the flyover on Haridwar road and Saharanpur road is connected, there is a danger of accident. The single lane for both the flyover clearance service lane has been done at the junction. In such a case, the fast-moving vehicles on the double lane flyover can be victims of an accident while over-taking near the junction. Especially in the night there are more chances of accident. This can prove to be more dangerous than flyover Balliwala.
