Only Shri Ganga Sabha and Tirtha Purohit will perform a symbolic puja and take a bath. Although devotees can come to Haridwar to seek the blessings of the gurus, for this they will have to bring the RTPCR negative report 72 hours before. Overall, devotees can come to Haridwar, but cannot take a bath in the Ganges.
In Haridwar, there will be strict police vigil on all the ghats including Har ki Pauri tomorrow.
