Gold prices rise sharply, price crosses ₹90,000; silver also crosses ₹1 lakh

On Monday, there was a big jump in the prices of gold as well as silver, due to which the prices of both these precious metals reached new levels. On Monday, the price of gold in Delhi’s bullion market reached a new record level with a jump of Rs 1300 per 10 grams. According to the All India Bullion Association, on Monday, the price of gold with 99.9 percent purity registered a rise for the fourth consecutive day. Today its price jumped by Rs 1300 to a new record level of Rs 90,750 per 10 grams.

The price of gold closed at Rs 89,450 on Thursday

On Thursday last week, gold with 99.99 percent purity closed at Rs 89,450 per 10 grams in Delhi’s bullion market. Apart from this, today gold with 99.5 percent purity also reached a lifetime high of Rs 90,350 per 10 grams with a jump of Rs 1300. Whereas on Thursday it closed at Rs 89,050 per 10 grams.

Silver price crosses Rs 1 lakh

Along with gold, silver prices have also registered a big rise of Rs 1300 today, after which the price of 1 kg silver in Delhi has increased to Rs 1,02,500. On Thursday, silver closed at Rs 1,01,200 per kg.
