The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the process of online application for UGC NET December 2024 Exam. All the students who want to appear in the December exam can apply from the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. The last date to apply online for UGC NET December 2024 exam is 10th December 2024. At the same time, the exam fee can be paid till 11:50 pm on 11 December 2024. The correction in UGC NET December 2024 online application form can be done from 12 December 2024 to 13 December 2024 at 11:50 pm.
Candidates can apply for UGC NET December 2024 through the website ugcnet.nta.ac.in through “Online” mode only. Application forms will not be accepted in any other mode. At the same time, candidates are not allowed to fill more than one application form.

Exam starts from 1 January
UGC NET Exam 2024 of December session will be conducted in January this time. UGC NET 2024 exam will be held from 1 January 2025 to 19 January 2025. This exam will be conducted for 85 subjects in Computer Based Mode (CBT). The exam is conducted every year by NTA. This exam is held twice a year, once in June and second time in December.
How many marks are required to pass NET Exam
To qualify in UGC NET exam, general category candidates have to score 40% marks in both the papers. On the other hand, candidates of Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and OBC category need 35 percent marks in both the papers.
