Big B shoots for new movie in Rishikesh

Amitabh Bachchan reached Munikireti, Rishikesh with the film unit on Saturday morning for the shooting of the film ‘Goodbye’. From Munikireti the crew boarded a motor boat to go to Swargashram. Several scenes of the film were shot in Swargashram, Ramjhula area. During this, actress Rashmika Mandanna was also present.

The sets were decorated for the shooting of Big B Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming film Goodbye at the Swargashram Ghat complex. Havan Kund was built on the Ghat premises. Priests were seen walking around with ancient texts like Vedas, Puranas etc.

Security was tight on the film sets. The security guards of the film unit along with the local police remained on standby. Except for the members of the film unit, there was a ban on the entry of others at the ghat. Earlier, to cross the Ganges from Munikireti to Swargashram, instead of going to the Ramjhula bridge, Amitabh Bachchan crossed the Ganges in a motor boat.

In the film Goodbye, along with local youth, Sanskrit students studying in Bharat Mandir Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya in Rishikesh will also be seen. Several youths and Sanskrit students from Rishikesh were roped in as co-stars for the religious scene of the film.
